2.How do we charge for our services?
We offer you three packages of basic, intermediate, premium to choose from to determine the kind of gpu used for rendering and we charge on an hourly basis. More details in the upcoming posts.

3.How do we receive the files and deliver the rendered files?
We provide you with a google doc to fill up the necessary formalities for security purposes and attach a secure drive link to upload your files. We upload the rendered files in the same drive link after receiving the final payment.

4. Do I need to pay beforehand?
We take 50% payment beforehand via bkash, nagad, rocket right now and 50% after the order is done for security reasons.

5.How do you ensure the safety of the files?
We do a mix of both in house rendering and outsource and our renders have to consent to a terms and conditions document prior to receiving the orders. One of our officials will be with the renderer at all times via AnyDesk and if suspicious activities are detected we have the right to hold them accountable and press charges.

6.How do I receive my payment after rendering?
We send you the payment via bkash, nagad, rocket or bank transfer.
