SBAC Bank PLC. organized a day-long workshop on financial management aimed at enhancing the capacity of women entrepreneurs in the CMSME sector, under the supervision of Bangladesh Bank.

The workshop was held on Sunday, 19 April 2026, at the Shrimp Research Center of Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute in Bagerhat. Mr. Md. Rokanuzzaman, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Khulna Office, attended the program as chief guest, Mr. S. M. Kamaluzzaman Kamal, Director (Inspection) and Mr. Riazul Hoque, Additional Director of the SME and Special Programs Department of Bangladesh Bank, Khulna were present as special guests.

The workshop was presided over by Mr. S. M. Mainul Kabir, Managing Director & CEO of SBAC Bank PLC. Among others Mr. Md. Mofazzal Mamun Khan, Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Md. Rashed Akter, Head of Retail Distribution Division, Mr. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Head of Credit Risk Management Division & Senior officials of the bank and a number of women entrepreneurs also participated in the program.
