We’re Hiring: HR Intern / HR Trainee

🔍 Job Responsibilities:
•Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
•Support recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling & follow-up
•Monitored, updated, and maintained employee attendance records accurately.
•Maintained and organized employee files, records, and confidential HR documentation.
•Coordinated the distribution of ID cards, visiting cards, and other HR-related materials.
•Prepared HR letters, official memos, invoices, work orders, VAT papers, and internal reports.
•Provided support in basic bank and accounting-related administrative tasks.
🎯 Requirements:
• BBA in HRM/Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Duration: 4 months (Paid)
