Job Location: Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
Responsibility
• Fleet on-call support (24x7) and follow the duty roster.
• Attending user queries.
• Handle user requisition and allocate vehicles to users in the VMS system
• Logbook check with system data and prepare payment summary.
• Ensure vehicle attendance.
• Ensure safety check of the vendor-appointed vehicles
• Manage vendor drivers.
• Assist fleet managers to collect and compile different information and data
• Assist fleet managers to execute different project support
• Assist fleet manager to monitor vehicle maintenance issues

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM)- Under Response ltd payroll
Department: SME (Enterprise Business)
Location: Nationwide
Salary: BDT 48,000 + Others as per company policy.
Job Purpose
Drive SME revenue by acquiring new accounts, expanding business with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for telecom connectivity, devices, IoT, and digital solutions. Focus on direct sales performance and portfolio contribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Delivery
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Execute direct sales for Connectivity, Devices, IoT, and Digital products across assigned territory.
• Maximize revenue through upsell and cross-sell tactics.
2. Client Engagement & After-sales
• Conduct needs-based sales meetings and close transactions.
• Ensure effective after-sales follow-up to secure retention and renewals.
• Act as single-point commercial contact for assigned SME accounts.
3. Market Development & Intelligence
• Identify and pursue new SME market opportunities and segments.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing movements; report critical changes.
• Support local marketing/sales initiatives with field intelligence.
4. Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, conversion, and forecast reports.
• Adhere to company policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Provide timely updates on risks, roadblocks, and opportunities.
5. Market Update & Insights Sharing
• Regularly submit market updates and intelligence to regional/central teams.
• Provide insights on customer behavior, product adoption patterns, and pricing sensitivity.
• Recommend short-term actions to capture immediate opportunities or mitigate threats.
6. Other knowledge, skills and experience
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical orientation with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate as required.
• Bike license preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing or related).
• 2–4 years B2B/Corporate sales experience (Telecom/ICT preferred).
• Proven closing ability and target achievement.
• Field-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
