- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working hour: Minimum 25 hours weekly

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for short videos based on client requirements and objectives.
• Write engaging and compelling scripts that effectively convey the client's message within the short video format.
• Create detailed storyboards outlining the visual narrative and sequence of the video.
• Coordinate and conduct video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
• Edit videos using relevant software to enhance visual appeal and ensure a cohesive story.
• Integrate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall video presentation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within the given timelines and budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, video production techniques, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative elements into videos.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the final video products meet quality standards and align with the client's brand guidelines.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines and deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, animators, and other video production professionals, to ensure seamless ex*****on.
• Seek feedback, evaluate performance, and actively participate in professional development to enhance video production skills.

Skills:
• Ability to convey messages and narratives effectively through visual elements such as composition, framing, color, and graphics.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects or Blender to create animated elements, visual effects, and dynamic text overlays.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing trends, technologies, and client preferences in the fast-paced field of video production.
• Precision in editing and post-production to ensure high-quality output, including proper color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects.
• Ultimately, a genuine enthusiasm for the medium of video and a dedication to creating captivating and impactful visual stories.
