CoolNet, is looking for you to join our team as a Telemarketing Executive in our campaign.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Remote (Work From Home)

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀: Full-time (Night Shift)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔Appointment Setting Over the phone.
✔Interact with customers/ clients and service providers.
✔Manage the supply chain and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
✔Monitor inventory and maintain daily, monthly, and yearly KPIs.
✔Provide excellent customer service.
✔Resolve issues promptly.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

✔Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
(**If you are good at English, we don't care about your Educational Background!!**)
✔Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✔Must have Your Own PC/Laptop, with a peaceful work environment.
✔Strong time management and organizational skills.

✔Work From Home
✔Competitive salary (Hourly ৳60-90)
✔Sales Bonus (৳500 for each sale)
✔Half-Yearly salary review
✔2 festival bonuses per year
