🚨Hello-02 Counselling Policy Update🚨

To ensure real users get the support they truly need, Hello-02 is updating its counselling policy.
In the last 2 months alone, we received 350+ fake or spam appointments, which made it difficult for our team to help the people who genuinely needed support.

From now on, free counselling will be available only for students, and some basic rules must be followed to maintain a safe and responsible environment.

Our goal remains the same:

To support real people with real mental health needs with respect, safety, and sincerity.
