Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering the best resume solutions we provide. If you're a good communicator with a persuasive attitude and enjoy working in a sales-driven role from home, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Samrt Cv's services

Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently

Convert leads into paying customers by understanding client needs

Follow up with interested prospects via calls or WhatsApp

Maintain a daily call log and update CRM systems

Meet weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bangla

Mobile phone for using WhatsApp Business

Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus

Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection

Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

Basic computer and typing skills

Positive attitude and strong persuasion skills
