Responsibility: Responsible of Overall operation of Commercial activity of the Import & Export related task.
Must have good knowledge in the field of Import /Export through L/C, D/A, FDD & TT.
Should have good knowledge and Practical experience regarding Export, Import, EP, CO, GSP, B/L, and related documents & Commercial responsibilities.
Liaise with C & F agent and handover shipping documents and related documents and monitor the status of customs assessments, port & agent charges in relation to clearing merchandise.
Should have excellent knowledge regarding customs law & regulations related to export & import and should be capable to negotiate /liaise with customs and bond departments.
Having Sound Knowledge of Custom book entry as per import, UD.
Follow up with Foreign Supplier & Schedule
Ensure managing yearly with Customs Audit claims independently.
Having Sound Knowledge to liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Chamber house, Forwarding Agents & Other Organization related to export & Import documentation.
Any Other Kind of task that management may require to be done.
