Position: Customer Service Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Candidates have to make a large number of outbound calls to USA to sell our products or services.
2. Required Agent will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5: 00 AM) from office.
3. Excellent track records on MCA Campaign & Lead generation will get preference.
4. You have to be able to work 9 hours at Night and speak with our Customers over the phone.
5. Last BUT not Least, no ABSENTEEISM & Late ALLOWED.
Qualification:
1. HSC, O level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. Educational background doesn't really matter for us, if you can speak great English as like a native English speaker and have common-sense then apply.
Salary:
Salary Range: 60-100 Tk/Hour
You can earn over 10k as sales bonus if you have good Sales & communication skills.
Facilities & Opportunities:
Salary Review: Half Yearly.
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
Weekly 2 holidays (Sat & Sun)
Attendance Bonus BDT-1000Tk from first Month
Transportation Allowance BDT- 1000Tk after 3 months of employment.
