IELTS Prep Course by Engr. Ma Rashid Foundation is looking for some passionate English Instructors to join their team.

About the program:

The Engr. M A Rashid Foundation, the parent organization of South Point School & College, aims to provide English language instruction to Madrasha graduates. The program offers four classes per week, with a duration of two hours per class. Classes are held from 5pm to 7pm.
Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English lessons based on the syllabus and materials given by us that cater to the needs of Madrasha graduates.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Help students improve their English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Use a variety of teaching methods to keep students engaged.
Qualifications:

IELTS Band Score of 7 or above.
Passion for teaching English language learners.
Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Compensation:

2500 tk to 3500 tk per class based on skills.
