LTGPT-02 Glass Bottle Internal Pressure Tester

Applicable to various types of glass bottles such as beer bottles, wine bottles, beverage bottles, infusion bottles, injection bottles, etc., and the product is based on the experimental items in the GB/T 4546-2008 Glass Container Internal Pressure Test Method Standard, and also meets the requirements of various standards such as YBB. The test process automatically displays the pressure changes during the entire test process, and can meet the requirements of the pressure holding test and bursting pressure test of various capacities of glass. It is a necessary testing instrument for quality inspection agencies, breweries, glass bottle manufacturers and users.

Test Principle
The pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the servo motor in the test machine is transmitted to the pressure sensor and the glass sample bottle under test in an equal value through the pipeline. The equipment controller collects the pressure signal from the pressure sensor in real time, and controls the servo motor to drive the hydraulic pump according to the pressure signal value, so that the pressure change in the system increases linearly according to the requirements of national standards and YBB standards until it reaches the preset value. During the pressurization or pressure maintenance process, if the tested sample bottle is broken, it is unqualified. If the tested sample bottle is still intact after the system automatically releases pressure at the end of the test, it is qualified.

Metal Detector LTMD-400
