Support Engineer
Job Description / Responsibility
• Alphabyte Technology Ltd. is a software development company providing modern software solutions & post implementation services for different companies, ensured by a team of visionaries and experts.
• Software Support Engineer shall be the responsible for Providing training and after sale service for software products to the customer.
• Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
• Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems using diagnostic utilities, software updates and drivers.
• Must be technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
• System monitoring and response.
• Operating system and application installation/configuration.
• Performing scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Support the day to day business operations.
Educational Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, IT Support Service
Experience Requirements
• At most 1 year but freshers can also apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service
