Dear Concern,
Please be informed that, We are also getting high latency and packet loss at mentioned destination due to subsea cable outage.
This is to inform you, there is an ongoing subsea cable outage in the APAC region which results in a reduced capacity through that region.
Please have the latest information collected from our upstream provider:
An additional subsea cable outage has been confirmed by the carrier, which has taken down most of the circuits that had previously recovered.
No ETR is available for the new outage at this time.
We will provide update as soon as we receive from upstream provider.
