Job Context:-
We are looking for a highly confident, Self-motivated and result oriented experienced service associate for our fast expanding Hawlader Outsourcing and Logistics Ltd. The incumbent will lead and grow Service of the business and work in a marketing team. Primary responsibility for generating service and ensuring effective ex*****on of company performance and growth.
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Create new client and maintain good relationship with clients.
2. Generate new service and best use of post opportunities in line with service policy & strategy.
3. Apprise the management of commercial/service performance and related developments and analyze the significantaspects of the data gathered to ensure its maximum application in the company's overall service and post targets and goals.
4. Ensures that commercial risks are reduced on service recovery and take part in full client management end to end support.
5. Able to Smart work with proper documentation & self-organized.
6. Work in team, motivate team and proactive in self-development through service excellence.
7. Developing the marketing strategy and plan.
8. Responsible for reporting to superior Boss.
9. Should be energetic and hard working.
10. Experience on create new client in the security and logistics company or commercial space will be advantage.
Employment Status:-Full-time
Educational Requirements:-Post graduate from any reputed University, educational qualification can be compromised for experienced and qualified candidate
Experience Requirements:- At least 3 year’s
Additional Requirements:-
1. Only males are allowed to apply
2. Age at least 20-45 years
3. 03 Years Experience in security and logistics service aria.
4. Those who have motorcycles will get priority.
Job Location:- Dhaka/All Bangladesh.
Salary:- Negotiable.
