Almonds are a fun snack to munch on, and even better when baked with spices!
Almonds contain a surplus of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and Vitamin E. Quinoa is gluten free, rich in protein, and fosters all nine amino acids. Egg white, another great source of protein, is also a rich source of minerals like zinc, iron, and copper.
Recipe:
1. 2 cups of almonds.
2. 1/3rd cup of quinoa.
3. 1 egg white.
4. 1 tablespoon of honey.
(Optional) some cashews/walnuts.

Say no to candy/chocolate bars, and yes to dark chocolate!
❌ Candy/chocolate bars are relatively high in unhealthy fats and sugar. Not to mention, they’re terrible for the teeth.
✅ Dark chocolate has noticeably less sugar, and the flavonoids in them assist the body’s cells in functioning more efficiently. They also help improve blood flow, and lower blood pressure.
