‼️ ১২ জুন ২০২৬ থেকে ইউরোপের নতুন আশ্রয় ও অভিবাসন নীতিমালা কার্যকর ‼️

লিবিয়া বা অন্যান্য ট্রানজিট দেশ থেকে অবৈধভাবে ইতালিতে পৌঁছানো অভিবাসীদের আর ইতালির ভূখণ্ডে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না।

তাদের সীমান্তেই আটক করা হবে এবং নিজ নিজ দেশে ফেরত পাঠানো হবে। ইতালিতে থেকে কাজ করার সুযোগও তাদের থাকবে না।

নতুন এই বিধিমালার আলোকে, ইতালিতে যেতে আগ্রহী বাংলাদেশি নাগরিকদের জন্য দূতাবাসের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বার্তা:

👉 মানবপাচারকারী ও অপরাধী চক্রের মিথ্যা প্রতিশ্রুতির ফাঁদে পা দেবেন না।

👉 আপনি যদি স্বেচ্ছায় অর্থ দিয়ে অবৈধভাবে ইতালিতে প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করেন, তাহলে আপনি মানবপাচারকারীদের সহযোগী হিসেবে বিবেচিত হতে পারেন। এটি একটি অপরাধ।

👉 বৈধভাবে ইতালিতে যাওয়া সম্ভব। ২০২৫ ও ২০২৬ সালে নিয়ম মেনে আবেদনকারী হাজারো বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক কাজ, পারিবারিক পুনর্মিলন এবং শিক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে ইতালির ভিসা পেয়েছেন।

Migrants arriving llegally from Libya or other transit countries will not be allowed to enter the Italian territory any longer.

They will be detained at the border and repatriated. It will not be possible for them to stay and work in Italy.

In the light of the new regulation, the Embassy reiterates key messages to Bangladeshi migrants willing to go to Italy:

👉 Don’t put yourself in the hands of traffickers and criminal networks who sell you false promises.

👉 If you pay voluntarily to get smuggled to Italy, you turn yourself into an accomplice of traffickers. It is a crime.

👉 Legal migration to Italy is possible: in 2025 and 2026 thousands of work, family and study visas were issued to Bangladeshi citizens who respected the rules.
