Dual Opening: Copy and content writer (Bangla), Copy and content writer (English)

We are looking to employ a self-driven and detail-oriented creative copy and content writer. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories and copies on both digital and print sources of media.

Responsibilities:
◙ Create new creative content for us and also for our clients when needed
◙ Work closely with marketing team members
◙ Develop official documents for our business and business development.
◙ Develop SEO-friendly content.
◙ Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
◙ Develop user stories, estimates, and work plans.
◙ Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
◙ Content analysis and strategy building along with content creation.

Requirements:
◙ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
◙ Proficiency in major digital and print platforms
◙ 1+ years of proven work experience as a writer.
◙ Strong portfolio of related projects.
◙ Related technical and computer skills.
◙ Strong attention to details and aesthetics.
◙ Excellent communication skills.
◙ Strong team player.

Writing medium: English, Bangla

Salary and Benefits:
◙ Salary is negotiable (based on experience).
◙ Weekend on Friday and Saturday.
◙ Lunch from the office is fully subsidized.
◙ Unlimited tea and coffee.
◙ Yearly salary increment.

Working hours: Working hours are typically 8 am to 5 pm.
