Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns using Instantly.ai and other cold email tools.

Write and optimize professional email copy to attract and convert potential clients (creative agencies, photographers, eCommerce stores, etc.).

Build and maintain verified prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Manage inbox reply handling, follow-ups, and performance tracking (open rate, reply rate, conversion).

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead generation outcomes.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in email marketing / cold outreach using Instantly.ai
✅ Strong English writing and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of email warm-up, deliverability, and domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
✅ Analytical mindset to track metrics and optimize campaigns
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role (agency experience preferred)
