Requirements for HR & Admin Manager:

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration.
• Handle company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
• Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities.
• Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations
• Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.

Educational Background:
• Degrees in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies & Management

Work Experience:
• In managerial position for at least 3 years.
• Preferably with Hospital and related work experiences.

Other Requirement:
• Excellent in communication both verbal & written.
• Good team player and able lead by example.
• Well versed in Human Resource system,
