A Preliminary Step for the Upcoming 𝐃𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦

✨The BAIUST Computer Club is organizing a 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 to help students build strong programming fundamentals before starting our upcoming 𝐃𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.
Since Django is built on Python, having a clear understanding of Python basics is essential. This workshop is specially designed for those who want to prepare themselves for the internship and strengthen their core programming skills.

✨𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞:
This workshop is only open for students from 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟐 (𝐂𝐒𝐄 𝟐𝟎 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡) 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟒 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟏 (𝐂𝐒𝐄 𝟏𝟕 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡).

Only students from these levels will be eligible to participate in both the Python Workshop and the upcoming Django Internship Program.

Students from 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟏(CSE 23) 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟏 (CSE 21) are strongly encouraged to focus on 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Very soon, we will launch a 𝐂𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, and all junior students (𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟏 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟏) are highly encouraged to participate.
Students from 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟐 (CSE 20) are also welcome to join the CP Master Program.

Python is beginner-friendly, powerful, and one of the most in-demand programming languages in today’s tech industry. It serves as the foundation for 𝐰𝐞𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨.

To ensure effective learning and measurable progress:

• Each class will include practical tasks/assignments to evaluate understanding.
• Students’ performance will be monitored throughout the workshop.
• A final evaluation round will be conducted.
• Based on performance, students will be selected for the upcoming Django Internship Program.

• Introduction of a 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 inspired by industry standards
• Multiple internal systems built including SMS Portal, Email Portal, Intern Management System, Certificate Generator, and Online Judge
• Development of a 𝗚𝗣𝗦 𝗕𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 to solve a real student problem
• 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗮 sessions with Jhankar Mahbub, Abdur Rakib, Sumit Saha, and Avik Sarkar
• A hands on 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 pushing students toward research thinking
• An 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 introducing a new culture
• Partnerships with restaurants and ISPs providing real benefits for members

Behind all of this, the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 personally invested six digit BDT, equivalent to a CTO level monthly salary in Bangladesh, because he believes the club is his child and a neglected child deserves care, structure, and sacrifice.

Thank you to everyone who trusted this panel. The energy, hunger, and participation of the members were the real fuel behind every late night and hard decision.

This journey reshaped people.
It turned hesitation into confidence.
Silence into voice.
Ideas into systems.
This is not the end.
This is the 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The next chapter will only be enabled by people who are 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁.
Not shortcuts.
Not politics.
Not dishonesty.

The foundation is set.
Now the child of the club will decide who truly deserves to carry it forward.
