Another Mode of Payment is MT-752 USANCE L/C Irrevocable Unconditional -UPAS. INCOTERMS 2010.
We can deliver any parts of the World based on “Cost Freight” – CFR. Seller is paid 100% upon “full loading to Mother Vessel” against B/L and 3rd Party Q&Q -CoA at port of loading.

· Buyer sign for conformity on the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO)

· Seller submit its Full Corporate Offer (FCO) with draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Commercial Invoice
· Buyer signs seal FCO, revert to Seller with duly accomplished “Notice” of the L/C;
· After signing the SPA by Both Parties sign seal notarize and bank endorse NCNDA/Agreement Fee and RKAB
