👁️ Promoting Eye Health, Inclusion, and Student Wellbeing 📚⚽

A training session on Eye Screening and Referral was successfully conducted at Moluhar Islamia Kamil Madrasa under the IEH Project of Community Development Centre (CODEC).

The program engaged 20 students and 10 teachers, enhancing their awareness and understanding of common eye problems, early detection methods, and the importance of timely referral for proper treatment. Participants gained practical knowledge on identifying vision-related issues and promoting eye health within the school community.

The initiative is expected to contribute to early diagnosis, improved eye care practices, and greater awareness about preventing avoidable visual impairment.

As part of the program, a Physical Challenge Friendly Club was also formed at the institution to promote inclusion, participation, and support for physically challenged students. In addition, sports materials were distributed to encourage recreational and inclusive activities among students.

These initiatives aim to foster teamwork, confidence, social inclusion, and a more supportive learning environment for all learners. 💙
