𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐧:
 Prepare, review, and process Import LC documents (Proforma Invoice, LC opening, amendment, shipment, and retirement).
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, C&F agents, and internal departments for smooth LC ex*****on.
• Maintain LC registers and ensure timely submission of shipping and banking documents.
• Monitor LC costs, duties, and bank charges; ensure proper accounting entries.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (vouchers, journal entries, ledgers).
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash/bank positions.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns (Mushak 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 6.3, etc.) as per NBR rules.
• Deduct, deposit, and report withholding tax (AIT & VAT) within statutory timelines.
• Assist in Income Tax return preparation and respond to tax authority queries.
• Maintain updated records of VAT, Tax challans, certificates, and registers.
