Creative Pathways BD (www.creativepathwaysbd.org) — a reputed consultancy and research firm — is urgently looking for a dynamic and energetic Program Associate with a 2-month probation period.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who is bold, curious, and unafraid to think differently. This is not a desk job — it is a role for someone who thrives on action, enjoys meeting people, and thinks outside of the box. Freshers are welcome, but you must bring energy, initiative, and a track record of doing things beyond the classroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support business development activities including outreach, partnerships, and opportunity identification
- Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, dialogues, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Develop and facilitate dialogue processes among diverse groups and stakeholders
- Engage in stakeholder negotiations and help maintain productive relationships with partners, donors, and clients
- Contribute to program design, coordination, and on-ground implementation
- Represent the organization in external forums, networks, and community activities
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/organization

- Strong communicator — confident in speaking, writing, and presenting ideas

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Active involvement in university clubs, student organizations, or volunteer programs is mandatory
- Participation in extracurricular activities, competitions, or social initiatives will be strongly valued

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

- Communication and public engagement
- Event planning and coordination
- Business development and client relations
- Stakeholder negotiation and dialogue facilitation
- Leadership through club or volunteer experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
- Strong written and spoken English

---

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Flexible and willing to travel across different areas of Bangladesh
- Able to join on very short notice
- Must demonstrate initiative — we want doers, not waiters

Remuneration: Negotiable (based on qualification and experience)
