Alumni Talks Recap
We are grateful to our amazing Alumni Talks speakers — Admir Šiljak, Nermina Hot, Fatima Ejubović, and Ajla Pervan — for taking the time to share their inspiring career journeys and valuable advice with our students. 🌟
Coming from diverse fields such as marketing, NGOs, teaching, and content writing, each speaker offered unique perspectives on personal and professional growth. Through their stories, they highlighted the importance of being active during student years, participating in societies and organizations, exploring different interests, and embracing new opportunities without fear.
Their experiences served as a powerful reminder that university is not only about academics, but also about discovering yourself, building connections, gaining practical experience, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Thank you for motivating the next generation to stay curious, engaged, and open to new challenges! ✨

Taking a look back at an incredible day of insight and expertise. We are still buzzing from the panel discussion "Beyond Victimhood: Reassessing Women’s Roles and Contributions in the Bosnian War (1992–1995)."
This reel captures the energy and dedication of Lejla Vatrić, Ensara Ibrahimspahić, Hadil Abou El-Ardat, and Lamija Balaš as they took the stage. Whether they were moderating the conversation or providing seamless consecutive interpreting, these students proved they are more than ready for the professional world.
For our ELIT316 crew, seeing these skills in action was the ultimate masterclass in real-world interpreting. Proud is an understatement!
🎬 This video was created by our very own: Hadil Abou El-Ardat.
