By addressing environmental pollution, the exhibition made visible what industrialists, politicians and lobbyists usually downplay: the clouds that poison the environment and obfuscate their toxic nature.

This was a great closing to «False Clouds» with an intriguing conversation between Lala Raščić and Damir Arsenijević.

Thanks to all artists, participants, partners, supporters and event guests who made this project possible and a place of exchange about environmental pollution!

The last event covered the issue of water and air pollution. After the film screenings of «Horizon» by Tanja Deman and «Shipping Pollution» by Folke Rydén, the artist and the filmmaker discussed the topic with Dr. Alma Imamović (Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry) and the moderator of the panel Prof. Dr. Sabina Trakić (University of Sarajevo).

A big thank you to the participants of the event for the insights into their work, to the audience for their lively participation in the discussion and the Embassy of Sweden in Sarajevo, Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Sarajevo as well as the Goethe-Institut Bosnien und Herzegowina for the support of the event!

An engaging and – despite the gravity of the topic – unexpectedly entertaining panel discussion last Friday, which calls for continuation to jointly address problems of toxic environments.

Thanks to the panel guests Dr. Aida Ličina Ramić, Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Knežević, Anes Podić, Damir Nikšić, the moderator Prof. Dr. Adnan Pašić, the Urban Design Studio Sarajevo / Studio urbanog dizajna Sarajevo and of course the filmmakers and the Slovenski filmski center / Slovenian Film Centre for the opportunity to show the films «Poisons» and «HAK – The Site of Fear».
