➡️For Limited Liability Companies (LLC):

* Application form – signed by the founder(s) or representative;
* Charter – the company’s internal rules and structure;

* Copy of passports or IDs – of founders and the appointed director;
* Proof of legal address – lease agreement or property ownership document;
* Receipt of state fee payment – proof of registration fee payment.

* Incorporation documents of the parent company – notarized and legalised;
* Decision to open a branch \ rep office – made by the parent company;
* Power of attorney – for the branch \ rep office head;
* Translation of foreign documents – into Azerbaijani, notarized;
* Receipt of state fee payment – proof of registration fee payment;
* Proof of legal address – lease agreement or property ownership document;
* Copy of passports or ID of head of the branch \ rep office.

🇦🇿Step-by-step guide to company registration in Azerbaijan.

To complete the company registration in Azerbaijan, follow these steps carefully. Each step is important for a smooth and legal setup.

➡️ Step 1: Choose the legal form

Decide which type of company you want to register (LLC, JSC, branch, etc.). This will affect your documents and legal responsibilities.

➡️Step 2: Select and check company name

Pick a unique name for your business and check its availability through the Azerbaijan company registry system.

➡️Step 3: Prepare required documents

Gather the necessary documents such as:

* Passport copies of founders/director
* Company charter
* Decision of establishment
* Application form
* Proof of address

➡️Step 4: Submit application to the State Tax Service

Send all required documents to the Ministry of Taxes, either online or in person. You will receive a confirmation once everything is accepted.

➡️Step 5: Receive the company registration certificate

Once approved, you will get an official certificate and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). This confirms your entry into the Azerbaijan company register.
