Such a valuable reminder as you dive deeper into new year adding more and more to our list of commitments, is there anything you can remove from your list to make space for what truly serves?

Sometimes we hold onto things out of habit, fear or scarcity… when in truth we’d benefit from letting them go, making more space for what truly lights us up, contributes to our expansion or facilitates us in moving through our days with a little more ease and grace.

While resistance is helpful to push through to the next level of our growth… constant resistance, contraction or constriction does not support us thriving long term.
