PSA: There is currently an issue with Microsoft accounts sending emails to Bigpond accounts. 3 days now. I've been in contact with Telstra about this. I've also got an active ticket that has been to Microsoft Technical Support, through to the Escalations Team & is now currently with an engineer in the Security & Compliance Team. Seems as though Telstra use https://senderscore.org/ as a reputation monitoring system. An IP/s of an Australian microsoft server was given a score of 0/100 which then effectively blocks any email sent from a Microsoft account to a Bigpond email. Being the end of the financial year, my clients are trying to send reports to their clients and it's absolute chaos. It's being looked at though.
