Friday afternoon well spent. ​ headed to Claremont Lawn Tennis Club last week for a team hit, some good music, and a proper end to the working week.

Budget week delivered two clear signals for WA commercial property investors.

The Federal Budget has shifted the residential investment equation materially. Negative gearing on established residential properties restricted from Budget night. The CGT discount gone from July 2027. Commercial property is explicitly exempt from both.

At the same time, WA's eighth consecutive surplus and a record $44.3 billion infrastructure pipeline are generating sustained demand across office, industrial and healthcare.
