Shape Your Reality

I am no longer forcing things.
When I stopped posting so many people messaged me to ask when I would start again, my response was always the same, I don't know...I'm not even sure I will start again.

Have I started again? I'm not sure.
But right now I feel like I want to, I feel like I have things to say, and thoughts to share.

So many times over the past few months, I have had the thought that I should share, and every time I went to post it felt wrong. My words were forced, my message unclear. My mind tried to double down on it, post it said, there is so much going on in the world, share what you've learnt, it might help someone. Yet still my heart said no. My voice didn't need to be added to the masses. This time was just for me. To experience, to grow, to expand.

And as I let go of any attachment to keeping this account going, I settled into a place of peace. Weeks turned in to months, and I barely even checked this account and then the other night, out of the blue, my heart said its time to share.

I don't know why, I don't know what, I don't know for how long but for the moment at least my heart wants to share and for as long as it does, I will 💚

Don't force things in life. Things come and go in cycles. If it's meant to come back in to your space it will. But if you try and force it or hold onto something for longer then you should, it will only serve to drain you and the product will never be as good as when you are in flow.

Life is a series of ebbs and flows.
Periods of creativity and periods of just existing.
Periods of joy and periods of sorrow.
Periods of engagement and periods of dis-engagement.
Periods of passion and periods of feeling half hearted about everything you do.
You get my gist...

Each stage has its purpose, each stage has its lesson.
Both sides of the spectrum are equally as important as the other.
Stop trying to tip the scales to one side.
Stop trying to control the stage you are in and surrender to the flow. 🌊
