Satterley has lodged plans for a new Harvey Norman store within the Alkimos Central precinct, representing a proposed $15 million investment in Perth's growing northern corridor.

If approved, the development will bring a leading national retailer to the area, creating new local jobs and making it even easier for residents to access everyday household goods and services close to home.
