After 13 wonderful years in our Wembley warehouse, we’ve brought our retail and wholesale arms under the same roof as our roasting facility in Osborne Park. 🥰 All walk-ins remain welcome - you might even catch a glimpse of the roaster in action! ☕️🌪️ We will still be offering free hand delivery to the Town of Cambridge too. Did you know unroasted coffee beans start their journey green in colour? We source our beans from all over the world - from beautiful regions like Guatemala and Colombia, just to name a few. Once they arrive at our warehouse in Wembley, we weigh them and combine different quantities of each origin to make our unique PCR blends. We then take them to our Osborne Park roastery. Each batch spends 14-15 minutes in the oven (plus around 8 minutes in the cooling tray) and after this, the beans are roasted to perfection. They rest overnight in the white tubs to de-gas, before being bagged and labelled, ready for delivery and consumption by you!😋
