We’re Hiring – Hands-On Workshop Role (Laser Cutting & Press Brake | Full Training Provided)

Job Title: Laser Cutter / Press Brake Operator / Trade Assistant (Entry Level)

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our workshop in a hands-on role

This is an entry-level position with full on-the-job training provided, ideal for someone keen to learn and build a career in fabrication and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operating laser cutting machinery
• Operating press brake equipment
• Handling and moving steel plate (physical work involved)
• Assisting with general workshop and trade duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Requirements:
• Intermediate computer skills
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded (but not essential):
• Experience with 3D printing or CAD/CAM processes
• Truck licence
• Experience with laser cutters and/. or press brakes
• Forklift licence
