2021 FOODSHARE APPEAL WEEK IS COMING SOON....

Each Friday morning, members of our staff volunteer with Warrnambool and District Food Share and on Friday it was an extremely busy day on Friday, with the volunteers making close to 40 hampers! Last month we had the pleasure of being able to assist Warrnambool and District Food Share with the purchase of a new defibrillator and first aid kit and Lia managed to get some happy snaps of Dedy with the new purchases.

CARE PACKS!

The Silvan Ridge Foundation has partnered with Daly's IGA Koroit
to source, pack and deliver essential groceries for members of the community most affected by the COVID-19 crisis.

Care packs include: toilet paper, tissues, flour, rice, sugar, pasta, eggs, pasta sauce, cereal, canned veggies and other grocery supplies.

Today we delivered 60 Care Packs to local schools to distribute to those in need, which is a wonderful achievement to all involved.

The Silvan Ridge Foundation has once again participated in the 2020 Warrnambool Toyrun by donating toys for all ages which will be given to the Warrnambool Salvation Army to distribute this Christmas! Although a little different this year due to COVID-19, these donations are sure to make for some happy Christmas mornings and we are so happy to be involved in this drive again for 2020🎄🎅🏽✨

“I feel the need, the need for speed” 😎

This week the Silvan Ridge Foundation was delighted to donate scientific calculators to the following schools; Brauer College, Warrnambool College and Portland Secondary College.

As many of you may be aware, these can be a huge expensive to a lot of families at this time of the year, so it is lovely to be able to assist.
