Southern Ridge Electrical is growing, and we’re excited to introduce a new People & Culture role to support our expanding team.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people in the workplace and can help manage recruitment, onboarding, staff reviews and HR processes across our business.

This part-time position will be primarily based at our Pakenham office, with time spent supporting our team at our Warragul office as well. As this is a newly created role, there is great potential for the position to grow as the business continues to expand.

🏗️ Project Completion | Early Parenting Centre – Hastings 👶🏽🏡

Late last year we were proud to complete works on the Early Parenting Centre in Hastings, delivering a purpose-built facility designed to support families during those important early years.

This project has created a welcoming, functional and thoughtfully designed environment that will provide essential services and support to the local community.

It was a pleasure working alongside SJ Higgins to bring this important project to life. Collaborating with a strong delivery team always makes a difference to the final outcome.
