This system was installed 6 months prior to this storm by a company we will not name. The customer told us the installers looked untrained and rushed to finish the job.

Another system call out for under performance. As you can see severely damaged panels due to micro cracking and cell hot spots. These cells where actually physically hot to touch a fire 🔥 just waiting to happen.
