A business move is one thing.
Announcing it in a way that captures attention, builds momentum and still feels strategically aligned is another.
We have been working in close partnership with LJ Ho**er Toowoomba and LJ Ho**er Sunshine Coast to deliver flexible, adaptable content schedules that support their teams across markets, while still allowing each office to communicate with its own local audience.
For LJ Ho**er Toowoomba, the move back into the CBD marked an important next chapter for a brand with a 30-year local history.
Rather than relying on a standard announcement, our team developed a CGI-led campaign concept designed to make the move feel visible, memorable and distinctly LJ Ho**er.
Led creatively by Hugh, the project brought together strategy, social media planning, CGI concept development, creative direction and video production to create a campaign rollout that could work across multiple platforms and moments.
Because good content is never just about filling a schedule.
It is about knowing what needs to be said, why it matters, and how to make people stop long enough to care.

Strong content does not start when the camera turns on.
Sometimes it starts at 4:30 in the morning, in the dark, helping tack up horses so the team is ready to shoot the moment the sun comes up.
That was the reality behind the Clayton's Organic Beef campaign.
For a family-owned Toowoomba business exporting across the world. A business built on quality, hard work and regional connection, the brief was never just to capture product imagery.
It was to create content that felt true to the brand.
The early starts. The field work. The detail behind every shot. The product sitting naturally in real Australian moments: on the road, in the paddock, at work and around the table.
Featuring Kurt Capewell, the shoot brought together strategy, creative direction and hands-on content production to build a visual story with grit, warmth and purpose.
Because the strongest brand content is not polished for the sake of it.
It is considered, lived-in and grounded in what makes the business worth paying attention to.

A week in the life of RSM work experience. 👏
Each year, we take on two work experience students and aim to give them a genuinely rounded look at agency life, from strategy and content planning to shoots, editing, client work and everything in between.
Because for us, work experience is about more than filling a week. It’s about helping the next generation understand what marketing can actually look like, explore different areas of the industry and hopefully find a spark for what they enjoy.
Most of us can probably remember how overwhelming it felt when a teacher asked, “What do you want to do when you leave school?” Sometimes, the best way to figure that out is to see it, try it and ask plenty of questions along the way.
This week, we had Aiden join the team. With a clear interest in video and editing, we buddied him up with Hugh, our Creative Manager, to get hands-on across a few different projects.
From shoots for Clifford Gardens and LJ Ho**er, to practising his editing skills on our testimonial videos, Aiden jumped straight in and made the most of the opportunity.
Safe to say he has a very bright future ahead, and Hugh definitely appreciated the extra set of hands behind the camera.

Bring Your Pet to Work Day is off to a very strong start at RSM. 🐾
Morale is up and desk-side supervision is at an all-time high.
Plenty of pats all round, and we think we’ve made a very strong case for this becoming a regular office initiative.

Creative chaos is not a strategy.
I love a big idea.
I love creative energy.
I love the moment when a campaign, brand or project starts to take shape.
But ideas on their own are not enough.
Without structure, creative work can get messy very quickly. Deadlines slip.
Feedback gets lost. Decisions stall. Details get missed. The team gets frustrated and the client starts to feel unsure.
That is why process matters.
Not the kind of process that slows everything down or kills the fun. The kind that protects the idea and gives it a proper chance to work.
Because a client does not just remember the outcome. They remember how it felt to get there.
They remember if communication was clear.
They remember if the team felt in control.
They remember if deadlines were managed.
They remember if they felt confident, heard and looked after.
The best creative work still needs direction, accountability and someone keeping the wheels on.
Creative chaos might feel exciting for a minute.
But it is not a strategy.
