As a tattoo fades, different colours and different layers of pigment can become more visible. That’s why I don’t use the same laser setting for every treatment, or even every part of the tattoo.

I adjust the wavelength depending on what pigment I’m targeting at each stage of the removal process. Different wavelengths are attracted to different colours, allowing me to safely and effectively continue breaking the tattoo down as it changes over time.

Tattoo removal isn’t about using the strongest setting possible—it’s about using the right wavelength, at the right time, for the best result while protecting the skin.
