Metanoia Spinal Flow
Rock bottom has a way of becoming the most clarifying place you’ve ever been.
I spent years holding a business together behind the scenes. Gave everything to it. Until my body said no more.
Breakdown. A long time finding my way back.
Spinal Flow was part of that. And what I found on the other side of it became the work I now do every day in clinic.
Your body isn’t being dramatic. It’s keeping score.
I know that. Not from a textbook. From my own table.

That I had to hide the parts of it that felt a little bit woo.
That if I talked about energy, or the way a body sometimes moves without being told to, or the things that shift in a session that I can’t always explain - people would write it off.
So I softened it. Leaned into the science. Made it more palatable.
And honestly, that kept me smaller than the work deserved.
What shifted it was something pretty simple. People are going to think what they want about you, what you do, and how you do it anyway. They’re going to make assumptions regardless.
So you may as well do something you love. And learn to do it really well.
Spinal Flow is a little bit woo. It’s also grounded in how the nervous system works, how the spine communicates, how the body stores and releases stress.
Both things are true. I’m done pretending only one of them is.
If you’ve been quietly curious, you’re welcome to reach out. I’m always happy to chat.
Non-negotiables I live by as a mum who has helped hundreds of women.
Not because I have it all figured out.
Because I notice when these slip.
Connecting with the people I love.
Actually connecting.
Good wholesome food.
My body knows the difference.
Some kind of daily movement.
Doesn’t have to be much.
Filtered, mineralised water.
Small habit. Real impact.
Dim lights in the evening.
A quiet signal to my nervous system that the day is winding down.
Starting the day with gratitude and reflection.
Even when it’s hard to find.
Voice journaling.
Talking through whatever’s sitting in me.
Getting it out.
And piling into bed with my family whenever we can.
That one fills me up more than anything else on this list.
I work with women’s nervous systems every day.
These are the things that keep mine supported.
None of them are complicated.
That’s kind of the whole point.
