⭐️ Toowoomba Group Training ⭐️

If you're sitting on the fence about booking a ticket to group training in Toowoomba, this might help you decide.

Those attending Phoenix Financials Part 1 (now sold out) and Phoenix Financials Part 2 will be the first training group to see the new AiTransactions feature in action.

If you missed the announcement in the monthly newsletter or the previous post in the Phoenix Community Facebook Group, here are the details:

We've been working behind the scenes on an exciting new feature called AiTransactions. This new feature uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Machine Learning to automatically generate a coded Phoenix transaction for you.

When enabled, AiTransactions - trained on your specific datasets - will read the invoices and receipts uploaded to File Library and generate what it determines to be the best matching Phoenix transaction for you to review, approve, or edit before posting.

The system will continue to learn as you use it. The more you interact with and refine the transactions generated by AI, the better it becomes at understanding how you and your organisation encode items. In early testing, we found that 30% of the transactions generated were identical to those entered manually for the same file. A further 40% were deemed better categorised than their human equivalent, and the remaining 30% required only minor changes before posting. These numbers will only improve the more you use it!

This new feature is already in the hands of some select clients for early testing. You can expect it to roll out to Phoenix Live Financials users in the near future, so be sure to keep an eye out for that announcement in the monthly newsletter and on Facebook.
