Are you organised, friendly, and love keeping things running smoothly? Vision Accountants is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our Toowoomba team!

📝 About the Role:
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the heart of our office operations. You’ll help keep things organised, efficient, and client-focused. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
✅ Answering and managing incoming phone calls
✅ General office administration tasks
✅ Assisting clients in-person, by phone, and via email
✅ Processing payments and managing petty cash
✅ Ordering stationery and office supplies
✅ Keeping the office kitchen stocked (including the all-important milk for coffee ☕)
✅ Booking appointments and managing the calendar
✅ Supporting the accounting team with document preparation and filing
✅ Ensuring the office is tidy, professional, and welcoming

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and time management
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous admin or reception experience is preferred but not essential
