Geotechnical solutions addressing Brisbane's growing housing demands 🏠

We recently undertook a large-scale geotechnical site, soil, and slope stability assessment for a multi-stage residential subdivision at Woodvale Crescent, Forest Lake.

Developed by Cohere Projects, this 5.85 hectare development aims to address the region’s increasing housing shortage and ultimately deliver 150 brand new homes.

This site marks a significant milestone as Queensland’s first land subdivision to receive SFD Approval under the state’s initiative to fast-track critical housing and infrastructure.

Our investigation played a key role in:
