I have put off implementing a cancellation policy for as long as possible as I try to be flexible and accomodating for all clients. However with increasing numbers of last minute cancellations & no shows it has unfortunately now become a necessity.

I now require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. A missed appointment fee of 50% of your booked service will be required before you make your next booking.

If you are a no show to your appointment, a missed appointment fee of 100% of your booked service will be required before you make your next booking.

The December cancellation list is now open. If you can’t find a time slot that suits please let me know your preferred date, time and service you would like and I will do my very best to accommodate 😊
