🏆 Golf Doubles Trophy 🏆

One of the special moments of the 2026 Darling Downs Croquet Tournament was introducing a brand new trophy for Golf Croquet Doubles.

For many years, GC Doubles was the only long-running event without a trophy, so it felt only right to name it after two people who have helped shape the tournament for almost 20 years — Paul and Sandra Reynolds.

Since becoming involved with the Darling Downs Tournament Committee, Sandra and Paul have worked tirelessly behind the scenes. When Golf Croquet faced an uncertain future in 2012, Paul Reynolds and Des Shore stepped up to help keep it going — and what a success story it has become.

We've endured the extremes in weather, 38 degrees down to 10 degrees, floods and drought and even Covid. Paul and Sandra have always been there to help, support and step in whenever needed.

We sincerely thank them for everything they have done for the tournament and are proud to honour them with the Paul & Sandra Reynolds Golf Doubles Trophy.
