Australian Open is again leading the charge with the food and hospitality at a Grand Slam tournament.

This year Australian restaurants include Supernormal, Rockpool, Stokehouse, Nomad, Maha, and Farmer’s Daughter, to name a few.

There are more than 25 restaurants on site.

🧑‍🍳This year includes chef Josh Niland from Sydney’s acclaimed Charcoal Fish; you can find them at the Beach Bar. What a superb offering.

Whisky. Hands up, who likes a wee dram of whisky?

Well, we do, so what's new in the whisky world?

For one night only, Wednesday, January 18th, Maybe Sammy will join forces with New York’s Eleven Madison Park in collaboration with to serve up a range of never before tasted whisky cocktails.

Eleven Madison Park Beverage Director Sebastian Tollious will pour bespoke cocktails with a selection of the finest Glenfiddich whisky. We have marked this one in our diaries.
