At last some concessions achieved;

The maximum eligible age for Post-Higher Education Work stream applicants will reduce to 35 years of age or under at the time of application. Masters (research) and doctoral degree (PhD) graduates and Hong Kong and British National Overseas passport holders will still be eligible if they are under 50 years of age.

The Pandemic Event 408 Visa is closing!

The Albanese Labor Government is closing the Pandemic Event visa.
From February 2024, the visa will be closed to all applicants. This will provide certainty to our visa system now that the circumstances that drove the operation of the visa no longer exist.
From 2 September 2023, the Pandemic Event visa will only be open to applications from existing Pandemic Event visa holders

So you need to lodge if you don't hold a 408 by Midnight Friday night!
