From Saturday 26 November, we’ll be brightening up Martin Place every night from 6pm. The whole family can enjoy a range of choirs and the spectacle of our dynamic Christmas tree light show.

Gelato bar
Treat yourself to a special Christmas sweet at the GPO Dessert Bar. The dessert bar will offer a range of gelato, homemade sweets, cakes, coffee, cold beverages and savoury options, with casual seating available and views of the interactive Christmas tree.

The exteriors of historic buildings will wow you this holiday season

The experience at Martin Place will be enhanced this year through immersive imagery.

The central portico and clock tower of the old Sydney GPO, now the façade of the Westin Hotel, will light up with interactive projections that allow the public to influence the content.

A state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera will track people in front of the portico, causing elements of the projections to reach out and unite passers-by with the imagery.

Make your way through the city after dark to see the light shows transforming Sydney into a wondrous holiday landscape.
