DID YOU KNOW THAT BRAZIL IS THE MAIN COUNTRY OF ORIGIN OF THE COFFEE CONSUMED IN AUSTRALIA?

On October 1st we celebrate the International Coffee Day. The date was established in 2015 by the International Coffee Organization (ICO) to strengthen the relationship between coffee growers and coffee lovers around the world.

The origin of the beans tells you a lot about the quality, variety, flavour profiles as well as other very important attributes like sustainability, social responsibility and fair trade practices.

Australian consumers are increasingly interested in knowing more about the origin of the coffee they drink.
